DISGUSTING!!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! SCAM COMPANY ALERT! NON GENUINE PRODUCTS! PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE… UNHELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY TAKEN… I purchased some Bhave shampoo and conditioner sets from sss, a total order of $403, these are products that I use on a regular basis but the first time I have bought from this company. Upon opening and using the products I had very quickly realised they had been tampered with. The seals on the bottles were all pierced and broken, some were missing completely. The products are a different colour, consistency and they smell absolutely horrendous. Like fish juice. It’s actually disgusting. They also left my hair feeling gross. These are NOT GENUINE PRODUCTS. I did email sss regarding this and instead of allowing a refund for the fish juice products, they have sent me what appears to be an email template that I imagine they have had to send out a million times stating that their products aren’t tampered with and are in fact genuine with a bunch of legal crap. My guess is they have had a legal team type this up and they copy, paste and send it to every poor sucker that gets scammed by them. They told me to take it up with the actual brand. I have bought from the brand so I know it’s not from their end. This is 100% a SSS HAIR ISSUE. And I have told them I am going to post this review, they don’t seem to care, as long as the pocket the cash, they are pure thrives. And mark my words, I will put money on the fact that they are very likely going to respond to this review with a defensive, passive aggressive response, claiming their products are real. I cant express this enough, these products are not real.

I’ve used this product for years now as it gives outstanding results on my thick, course and frizzy hair! It makes blow drying so easy and straightening my frizz has never been so easy! Thank you for producing such an outstanding product.

Why I haven't been buying your product is the bottles split if dropped on the tiled floor in shower recess. Lost 2 bottles because of this. Have bought this to your attention before, with NO feed back from you. Aside from this problem, the product is good
