I have been using these 2-Ply Spud Inc Knee Sleeves as Elbow Sleeves for several weeks now, I have used many competing brands, I normally get disappointed by them and by their promises they promote, but I have been overwhelmingly surprised by how these Spud Inc Sleeves have made my elbows feel. I started working out, with my father, when I was 13 years old, I competitively lifting weights in my 20’s, I am an older powerlifter in my 50’s, of course the wear and tear of my body, and especially my elbows have taken a beating over the years. This is the first time in many years that after a pressing workout my elbows have not hurt. These are the absolutely best sleeves I have used by far.
