I had Sprout create a necklace from some handwriting from one of our sons for mother's day and it turned out beautifully. Also, there was a chance that it wasn't going to arrive by mother's day so the good folks overnighted it to me free of charge. I can't say enough about how great my experience was with Sprout. When I had questions they were super responsive and incredibly helpful. They also turned around the finished product very quickly. The necklace we got back was amazingly well done. Such a unique gift that means a lot more than something off the shelf.
