Having no medical background while caring for my husband with Parkinson’s, I found Dr. Friedman’s book very helpful. My husband is a leaner. I have been asking him if he wants to sit up before correcting his posture in his chair, then supporting that position with pillows. Dr. Friedman indicated that was the right thing to do. It does not ‘cure’ the symptom but it is really reassuring to know that I am doing the best.

The springer Connect platform is easy to use and the ability to access my textbook digitally is a huge plus. Springer is often more generous with PDF downloads compared to competitors like Elsevier or Wylie.

I never received my book. Customer service number doesn’t work. Even though you guys put it in the website. I emailed to resolve the issues I got a reply after weeks . I will never try to purchase anything from here. Spring publishing sucks big time

This was a horrible experience with Springer publishing. I ordered my book for this class in the beginning of September when my semester started, and did not receive it until my semester was over. I even paid for expedited shipping. I have tried contacting them on the phone and also wrote an email, but they never write back. WHO DO I CONTACT TO GET MY MONEY BACK???

I NEED A REFUND. I ORDERED THIS BOOK 9/5/25, PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING, AND DID NOT RECEIVE IT UNTIL 11/17/25, ONE DAY AFTER MY SEMESTER ENDED. I HAVE TRIED OVER THE LAST 3 MONTHS TO COMMUNICATE VIA IG, E-MAIL, and PHONE, and HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE. DO *NOT* ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.
