Click and collect hasn't worked for me on online orders for months now, even whilst meeting the minimum order value. Really disappointing I then have to order more items and then return some in store!

Was unable to get my size in store of two types of cotton tops, was able to try on different sizes to work out what would fit me. Purchased my size online. Another top, linen, only had one left in store of my size, I liked it so much that I bought a second one online.

The lady who sold me two discounted blouses was very professional, friendly and helpful. She also helped me return my other items without any issues and charged a reasonable price. I do find the sizes of the blouses run small though.
