I usually buy a large or extra large in a women's shirt so I bought a large in this and it fits fine though a little long in the torso. I love it so far but if I had to do over again I would have looked for a two piece suit as getting it up and down to go to the restroom is a workout in itself. It arrive prompltly and is nice quality.
