I intended to make my first purchase from Spooky2 and had a question about one of the accessories I wanted to buy. I included my question in my very first email, and I received an answer. Spooky2 also offered to help me through the entire process of placing my first order. I then sent several emails with the products I wanted to purchase and had contact with one particular customer service representative. He was very helpful, friendly, and patient throughout the process. After discussing all my questions and requirements, I made a list of the products I wanted to order. Customer service offered to put all the items into my shopping cart for me. I agreed to this, although I normally prefer to manage my own shopping cart so I can check everything myself. In this case, the shopping cart was created in the background by Spooky2. Because there were quite a few products and accessories involved, we had to communicate several times to make sure the correct items and quantities were added. Eventually, they sent me a list of all the products that had been added, and I noticed a few mistakes. Of course, mistakes can happen—we are all human. However, some of the mistakes surprised me because they involved things we had already discussed. One mistake concerned an item from my very first email, which we had specifically talked about. Another was related to combining certain accessories, something I would expect Spooky2 customer service to be familiar with. Fortunately, I checked everything carefully myself and contacted them again so the mistakes could be corrected. After that, I was able to finalize my order. For payment, they offered me a special payment link. Since I have a credit card, I probably would have preferred to simply pay directly with my credit card. Nevertheless, I accepted their help and used the payment link. I found the process a little confusing, and it took me some time to figure it out, but eventually everything worked. Erg blij met de uitgebreide mogelijkheden en ondersteuning vanuit Spooky2 en gemeenschap

De service is goed. Alleen jammer dat je vaak laat een reactie terug krijgt omdat je met iemand contact heb in China waar het later of vroeger is als in Nederland

I'm very happy with Spooky2, I had a BCC (basal cell carcinoma), in three weeks time it's reduced to a small hazy spot, it's amazing to to realize that this just go away in such a short time, I used killing and did that in contact mode, also I do that in remote, but with peptides in day and night treatments. Very soon my AHA HALO will arrive, and the Scalarfield will be helpfull I expect. So, after a period of time I will be happy.

Ben heel blij met de Spooky2, heb niet alleen mijzelf maar ook anderen geholpen met uiteenlopende klachten. Vooral met de remote, maar ook met de laser.

Ik ben super goed geholpen nadat er problemen waren met de levering in België. De courierdienst kwam maar belde niet aan, naar het telefoonnummer bellen bracht bij bij een totaal andere firma, op mail reageerden ze niet. Laten leveren in een postpunt deden ze ook ineens niet meer. Ik moest het bij hen gaan halen in Boom. Dat is 1,5 uur heen rijden met de fiets of de bus en 1,5uur terug. Is Antwerpen niet groot genoeg? Gelukkig was er iemand van Spooky die de pakketdienst wel kon bereiken en die mij wel op de hoogte hield. Vanuit china mailde hij me dat ze dan toch in een postpunt in Antwerpen hadden geleverd. Dank je wel Jared en alle anderen die hier bij betrokken waren. Zo vriendelijk en hulpbereid. Super.

I am so happy with my Spooky. It is easy to learn how to work with it. I can find information online and I also visit twice a training in Holland with Alice van de Sluis. I am still learning an treat myself daily. I also tell other people about Spooky, so that they can take responsibility for their health.

Ben super tevreden over Spooky. We gebruiken het al jaren in onze natuurgeneeskundige kliniek, Ars Biomedica. We adviseren zeker onze ernstige zieke patiënten om voor thuisbehandelingen zelf ook een spooky2 basic kit aan te schaffen. Wat ik weer enorm geweldig vind is dat, helemaal een enorme uitbreiding is toegevoegd in de vorm van de Peptides. Wij gebruiken al jaren peptides in de Bioresonantie. Maar nu door Spooky (John White) en hun onderzoek. Zijn peptides toegevoegd aan de frequentie therapie en de scalar waves in de Spooky2. Een geweldige aanwinst waar wij enorm enthousiast over zijn.
