My wife has been using the Gen X Pro for about a year now, definitely seems to make a positive difference for her chrones and other issues, she is pretty much off her medications and attributes that to the Spooky. We recently bought the Scalar system, and she feels that is a stronger method, she feels it is helping even more. The only issue is that the software is a bit difficult to understand all of the features, but there is a lot of help videos and documents on line, we just haven't devoted the time to really learn it. At this point, we are happy with everything in general.

Shipping was faster than I had expected for my Central kit. The team is always great to help me if I forget to order something. I ordered a colloidal silver base with the kit but didn't realize I needed other parts so I contacted them and they found someone who wanted to return the parts I needed.
