I was disappointed with customer service. I ordered the linen pants on Final Sale and specifically followed the size guide. The pants are way too big. I understand the terms of Final Sale, but now I am stuck with clothes that don't fit, and I do not really want to pay full price for a second pair of pants. This was my first time ordering from Splendid, and I don't know that I can really order from them again. There was no interest in making this right for me or offering any kind of true customer service.
