The anticipation of a Splendette order is something to be savoured. Before it arrives I spend my time dreaming of all the different stacks I'll make with my new treasures. Once the box is in my hands, I love the ceremony of the initial unwrapping. The soft crackle of the tissue paper as I fold it back. The slow reveal as I lift aside the shredded blue paper and have the first glimpse of my new bangles peeping out. Then trying on each one individually, next in combination with the others from my order, and finally searching through my existing collection for the perfect partners for my stacks. Simply splendid!
