I've not yet had a delivery or product issue with Spirithoods: 2 wolf coats, 4 robes, 1 little hat with pom-poms (would love to see that return), 1 blanket (would also love to see a return to the old style blankets), and 2 hoods later - I am thrilled with my items (a red velvet wolf coat and a wolf robe) and all recipients have been equally pleased with theirs.
