Everything was fine from ordering to receiving. I ordered a case and screen protector for a S26 Ultra. It would have been perfect if your website had told me about the camera lens protector for this phone. I didn't know there was such a thing and I had to make a additional order when I did find out.

It’s a very nice case; it fits perfectly.

My order was reported as delivered but I could not find it anywhere around the house. I contacted the Spigen folks and they very kindly agreed to replace the ‘lost’ item.

The product line is great and the website is clear and easy to order from. I knew what I was getting and the differences between my choices. However, the actual products require better quality control. For instance, the guard covering my camera is loose and doesn’t fit snugly on the iPhone 18 Pro Max. Additionally, the screen protector came with a small crack. The products feel and look nice, but I don’t think they are manufactured well. I went with Spigen because I had my old phone, which was a S10+, was covered expertly by one of their cases. It seems like things have changed in the 6 years since I bought that case.

Case and Screen protector are amazing. I messed up and got dust on it, but it is what it is. Still great product.

Case fits well and is comfortable to hold. I would recommend this case if you want a minimal design with protection.

After 2 lousy cases, other brands, for Galaxy Z Flip 7, so far so good! Has only been a couple days. Tight fit, stickers if needed, good grip (haven't dropped phine at all since using this case.

Case covers the camera lens for protection, but that part of the case is painted metal that scratches off easily. I had it for 1 day and it already has several scratches after setting it down on a rough surface.

These cases have always been my go-to. Never damaged a phone using them. First time Ive tried their screen protectors and impressed with it as well!

My magsafe will not hold to this case. I had the same case which held but wore out so I got a new one.

I bought this case when I was expecting a pixel11 but long story short I didn't get it. I tried the case on my 10 after fixing it's screen and it fits like a glove. Thin and solid. Maybe I'll keep using cases

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had! Wrong product was sent, opened a ticket to get issue corrected, responded 5 minutes later with all pictures/data requested......zero communication since! I had been a loyal customer for years, now I will never spend another dime with Spigen! Save yourself the frustration and find another company to spend your hard earned money with that at least pretends to care about you or your experience!

Shopping on the Spigen website was easy, as was ordering. My purchases arrived much quicker than I was expecting - especially since I have not yet received my new phone.
