I see some improvement in my face and energy level since taking these for almost three months. Definitely feel healthier overall. I know spemadine is doing something because I notice my hair and nails grow stronger & faster. The downside: It's expensive to get my haircut and manicures more often. (Shaking fist at spermidine) lol

Too soon to review

I’ve always had trouble falling asleep, even when I’m not stressed. This is helping me fall asleep easier, and sleep much much deeper. For someone who suffers from chronic fatigue, it’s heaven-sent.

Have taken spermidine for two months and have not noticed any impact. Will take for another month and then evaluate whether to reorder since product is relatively expensive.
