I am a big fan of Spellbinder I think I have been a member for a long time. Very happy with their service and they do get to my issues when I request help. Again my only concern is I wish they had a how to index card including in the dies so I can see how it is put together. The videos are great but I just hate stopping to see the next step.

Excellent packing & shipping. Licorice stamp pad either a bit on the dry side or it is meant to be a lighter share of black. It's my first experience with this brand of ink. . . I was hoping for a really dark- dark black. However, not as pleased with the ink but in general I really like ordering from your company because you always ship really nice. . . and timely. 😁😁😁
