The product was as expected—and it’s really great. It took over 2 weeks, and shipping for a letter cost 20 euros, plus I had to pay another 55 euros in customs duties and fees. I expected to pay customs duties, but I would have expected more from Spellbinder UK, which is responsible for shipping products to Europe. P. S. jacksonsartsupplies (UK art seller) performs better when it comes to shipping

I've given 4 stars , because while delivery times have been better for my last couple of orders they do seem to take much longer to arrive than from other suppliers. Hopefully this will continue to improve because waiting up to three weeks is too long! 5 stars for spellbinders products - always to be relied on for innovation, great design and matchless quality, my most favourite brand

Spellbinders were unable to send me the embossing folder the first time I ordered it because of a supply issue. Instead of leaving me hanging customer services contacted me really quickly. They offered me a choice between a refund and going on the waiting list to get it sent out as soon as it comes back in stock. I am really impressed, as so many companies forget that customer satisfaction comes not just from the products but also from the service given when things don't go right straight away. I will definitely purchase more from you, as I feel like a valued customer.
