Fabulous as always

I spent literally hours trying to get your cart to work properly. First, it repeatedly added a die I had not purchase and did not want to my cart. When I was able to delete it by some very fast clicking on the purchase button, it would then also delete something I did want - if I waited too long it would add that same die back into my cart. The cart would not fill past £75 (to get the free shipping) without adding that die back in to it! Then was I finally got only everything the cart that I wanted by adding something I had no intention of buying, so when it deleted the top item I didn’t really care, it would not add the Free Shipping over £75, (and it still says that now on the banner at the top of the site) I gave up in the end and ordered only the one item I really wanted, and to date I have had no reply to any of my emails about the situation. Very very disappointing from what I always considered a quality brand

Poor post means it takes over a week or more to arrive not your fault but frustrating.

Felt arrived quite quickly xnd was carefully packed. Lovely merino Felt - great colours znd great quality.

So happy to see delivery times are improving. I love shopping with Spellbinders so improving this is a great step forward. I think the only other thing would be making the wishlist function work; I used to be able to add things to a wishlist but now I can't see the button to do it - despite several messages on the 'chat' thing and follow-up emails saying it IS there - when it isn't!
