I didn't receive this item even though it was in stock. When I queried this, I received a refund for less than the cost of the actual item, and was told to reorder it (thereby paying postage for a second time). The email I received was very dismissive, and I note another reviewer received the same treatment from Spellbinders. Glad they have so many customers that they can afford to lose them through poor customer service!
