Talk about earning your stars. I ordered multiple units of the same item. Some monogrammed, some not. Somehow the monograms were done incorrectly. Called, spoke to a very nice lady. She pulled up the order, saw the problem and immediately shipped me the correct items. All at no cost to me. Pleasant, apologetic, and genuinely concerned. Way to go Speidel!

I have an old SEIKO watch. It's not fancy but I love it. I searched high & iow but could not find a band that matched it's black face & silver case. I went to the SPEIDEL website and found the perfect match, Black with Silver trim at a fantastic price! It matches perfectly and makes my old watch better and classier than it's ever been. I bought a Spiedel Twist-o-flex for my first watch in 1956 @ 16 years of age. I’ve had one on every watch I’ve owned since. When I purchased my Apple Watch , I had to settle for a cloth band. Imagine my pleasure when I found the Spiedel Twist-o-flex for the Apple Watch. I immediately ordered the watch and have been very satisfied since.

Love the twist-o-flex, I had one on a watch 40 yrs. ago and lost it, bought this one and took 3 links out myself to fit and not disappointed a bit. Easy to put on and take off for these old hands.

Wonderful product

I love that Speidel is back and their retro ad on instagram got me hooked. It looks and feels like the band I had as a kid! My only issue is it is NOT EASY to resize on your own and had to pay $20 at a jeweler to get it adjusted. Not a huge deal, but they should realize the included instructions to adjust are virtually useless u less you have a steady hand and proper tools! Still, love my new band!!!!!
