These led lights are powered by a USB standard plug which can be inserted into the USB ports on you computer but I recommend using a USB power adaptor for best results. They have a control built into the power cord for controlling the brightness and turned all the way up they do get bright. The difference these make in the quality of your video shot in low light areas will make them well worth having.

They work. They're bright. I don't youtube, this is for extra project lighting. Painted a dark closet last weekend and was able to see what I was doing. Good lights.

Lighting is great love the different lighting modes and how you can control the brightness. The clip on part is a bit chunky/bulky and heavier & bigger than I thought it would be so sometimes the ring light does move it’s position and doesn’t stay in place well.

I had been using a photo cube ( also made by newer ) for scale photography. I was looking for something that gave me good lighting without the dimensional limitations of the cube . I have to say , overall , I have been impressed. Considering that I am using an 11 year old Sony cyber shot camera and a 14 year old iMac to process the photos the results have met my expectations.

I am so happy I ordered this! Often, I have early morning meetings where I have no or low natural light. The room light is behind me which makes my face on the screen very dark. Even with natural light, when I turn this on, the face looks better. Also, I would strongly recommend, whatever option you chose, get two lights - the light is much more natural if it comes from both left and right (I put it on stands at left and right of my screen). WHAT I LIKED: - The white filter makes the light smooth, so it does not disturb you. All other options I tried had too disturbing light hitting my eyes. - The intensity controls. No need for too bright light always. Different levels fit to different needs (I am using it on lower levels for video-conferences, but it seems to me strong levels are great for taking portrait photos). - Two stands delivered are practical and make the whole package very much worth the cost. - The stands are compatible with GoPro gear! So, with this purchase you are enriching your GoPro options. - USB power. No need for batteries. WHAT CAN BE BETTER (small things, nothing really important): - Tripod looks quite lose. Too easily slips down. But, if you do not touch it, it's fine (once you set it up, why would you touch it, anyway). - To provide some clip or other solution for those who want to attach it directly to the screen may be a good idea.

I've had this now for 2 years and it's still going strong. The first year, I used it a handful of times. The last 8 months, due to COVID, my husband has been attending classes virtually and has been using it every day for an average of 18 hours a day. We have had no issues and it has been perfect in keeping his face lit so his professors can see him. I highly recommend this product!! I'm sure there are a ton of similar lights, but I purchased from Spectrum

I love these lights. They were simple and easy to setup and use.

The lights are so bright that even my camera captures better than before. The lights' brightness is adjustable to your liking. They're also height adjustable depending on how tall and/or where the lights to be shined on. I only need the white colored, even though there are other colours (red and yellow) to change to. Overall, I love these lights. Thank you!

Works well

These lights are a great price and light up will for online video calls and meetings. Based on the concerns about the electrical power I attached the usb cord directly to a surge protector. So far the lights have been great I like that I can adjust them and did I mention the price is amazing!

I seriously love this!!! I can’t wait to use it all the time for photos and even just to brighten my room, which it does a great job of doing.

I regret not having bought this wayyyy earlier before. My pictures come out so much better didn't notice how my photo quality was lacking without this. Makes ones eyes and everything stand out so much better gives perfect lighting and don't have to spend as much more time with editing to correct lighting in my pictures with help of this. Was easy peasy to assemble love how sturdy it is Besides that the different brightness level and everything is great totally recommend if you want better quality for your pictures You can definitely see the difference in quality from before and after in picture took to test it out 😊

I have mine mounted on desk arms instead of the tripods that they come with. This allows me to move them around for different purposes. They're fantastic for the price. The LEDs are all white, and there are colored gels that can slide over them. They're fine, but have limited use. If you want controllable RGB, you need to look elsewhere. If you want a solid pair of white LED key lights, these are the ones to go with.

I actually have grown to love these things. Keep in mind that they're made to sit on top of your desk though. They shut on your desk and are meant to be pointed downward so that way they don't cast a shadow to your green screen. They work perfectly for green screens. Make sure to turn your normal lights off when using these for a green screen. And make sure you spin the extendable poles into the locked position, or they'll slide down easily. That's my only issue with this is the poles not locking when first setting up, but other than that, these are perfect and inexpensive too. Get them!

I really like how bright it is. on the highest setting it may be too bright for close up talking head videos. I use this mostly for creating video content on Youtube. it comes in a Nice carry case. packaging comes with bluetooth remote, small swivel ball head, phone mount, instruction manual, leg stand, and LED ring light.
