Shipping and service are very good.

There was supposed to be three packages, there were only two. The missing one was the radish and ginger. Instructions indicate to put 3 to 4 tablespoons of water to cook rice and it needed 3x that ( using proper cooking equipment ). Instructions indicated to put half a cup of water with braised beef. When adding ingredients together, came out soupy like. Tried getting in contact with company and no response to date. Now for the best part, on the website for this particular meal offering, there is a different set of cooking instructions!?! Spatula...does the left-hand know what the right hand is doing.

I didn't realize it was enough food for two - it was a lot of food! It was really easy to put together and really filling. I also love the dry ice bag. We've reused it a couple times for picnics and cottage weekends :) Thank you so much, Spatula!

A good initial experience, especially for frozen meals. I liked the packaging and appreciated the easy preparation. The vegetables were all very good, but the sauces were thin. The cost will limit the amount of times I can order - I'm a senior - but I will keep you in mind and have recommended youto friends.

Great selection, service and fantastic tasting food. Amazing time saver!

The shipping was fast and it was very easy to order. There was a large selection of items on the menu but the food wasn’t that great.

Only one order so far, but everything went smoothly.

The chilli hit the spot and the rolls were a great addition. A favorite.

The idea is fantastic. My family didn’t love it unfortunately.

Food tastes great.

Food was mixed but purchase and delivery experience weee great so I will continue to try new items.
