I have been using Spatula for some time now. I really so not have many complaints other than the fact that I prefer extra veggies. Your meals. Have been very good. My only complaint would be that the delivery person does not ring the door bell to advise us that the delivery has arrived. Being seniors, we do not check the front door often. Please insure that they ring the doorbell upon delivery.

A small hiccup through no fault of the company but the follow up and customer service was second to none!

I love this food service. I canceled my other one to stay with Spatula. The food options is better and quality is amazing.

I made an order for a senior family member. The package did not arrive when I was notified and sat on a truck for another 3 days. By the time my family member received the package, the dry ice had long disappeared and some of the food had leaked out in the box. The food was spoiled and had to be thrown out. At this point, after weeks of trying to contact Spatula, they have not even responded to me. I will not use this service again. Too bad.

overall ordering and convenience is 5 star

The convenience is amazing. The taste hit and miss. I’d like to continue but the price per meal is rounded to $15 per person and that’s a lot for frozen food you have to cook yourself. Not sure if I’m in or not.
