The service was great, didn't take long to arrive at all. Nice clear instructions so my daughter said it was much easier to put together than she had anticipated. Cheers, Sue

Excellent protection from the sun.

I had one box that didn’t show with the others and after several days it still showed no movement in tracking. I sent an e-mail and got a prompt response confirming a replacement had already been sent out and I actually got it that same day.

You guys were great, we didn't receive the slide with our order, I reached out and you shipped it right away with no hassle.

Speed of delivery was fast. It all arrived at the same time. Better quality than our last one. I’m satisfied.

Pleasure doing business with you. . outstanding service 💓

The service was great. Shipping was really fast. The boxes were not damaged. I am very happy with everything

Quick delivery.

Quick shipping and fantastic product

Shipping was so fast!!! Came nicely packaged and labeled so it made the layout process easy. Got the trampoline together in under 2 hours!

Great quality. Solid. So much fun. So happy I purchased

I was overall pleased with this company. I received the 6 boxes for the trampoline within 2 business days. However 1 of the boxes was not the right product. I was able to keep the contents of this box and they sent out the new replacement box right away.

An amazingly good, well contructed , trampoline and quick delivery.

5 stars

Space jump seems to be very easy to deal with. I would go through them again if I needed to.

Great company to buy from! My order was delivered within a few days. The quality was great and everything was easy to set up!! I’ll be buying more from them for sure.

Amazing. Quick and painless process.

Daughters love it! They are on it any chance they get.

On time real good.

Awesome trampoline. However, triple check the net is lined up directly in the middle - before attaching. Ours also came with two sets of instructions - BEWARE ONE IS UPDATED. We spent realize they were different and found out that the poles box 6 were not used when we got to the end. They are newly added cross poles for between the bottom legs that should have been added in some of the first steps. Neither instructions show these on the front so it was not obvious until the whole thing was put together.
