Amazing!! Shipping was great arriving in 2 days. Customer service was amazing. I had an issue with just one of the lower poles. Customer service was able to send a replacement pole fast. I am really happy with this trampoline and the service I received.

The trampoline itself is fine, but getting all the correct parts was an unnecessarily long and frustrating process. Our order arrived incomplete, and every attempt to fix it resulted in more incorrect items being sent. What was meant to be a Christmas present for our twins couldn’t be used at all and dragged on for weeks. It was also very difficult to get hold of anyone — despite many calls, I only managed to get through like twice and had to rely on email, which made the whole process even longer. Customer service eventually resolved it after escalation, but the fulfilment and quality control really let the experience down. Product notes: • Slide is good • Meteor shower is overpriced and not worth it (basically a fancy hose attachment) • Basketball hoop is disappointing — only fits very small balls • I would have much preferred a zip entry option Honestly, if I had seen a review like this beforehand, I would have chosen another brand. I now wish I’d gone with Jumpflex . zip entry, better communication, and fewer headaches.
