I received one boot smaller than the other that i got my mom for mothers day it took her a while to be able to wear them from the damage. I was highly upset with this.

I had a saddle fitting done by Olin. He was very knowledgeable and helped me to understand some of what to look for in saddle fit. A super nice guy and even more importantly, honest! Loads of saddles to choose from.
