I was very pleasently surprised to have a very knowledgeable person call me personally to see if I was willing to sub the item. In a time where it seems you are lucky to even get an auto-sent email that says an item was deleted off from your order, this practice is really appreciated. Not to mention that the items were delivered 2 days before the expected delivery date! Thank you SouthSmoke.com for my order! I felt weird about purchasing flavor online AND out of state, not knowing if an unfamiliar company to me was legit or not. (I'm in Ohio.) Everything was packaged nicely, everything was fresh, there was no damage at all and everything came sooner than I thought it would. The website shipping estimate was a big overestimate!..
