I just wanted to let you that I recently placed an order with an company. I have to say, I have done quite a bit of ordering with companies on line, and this was by far the most pleasurable experience I have had. I called your 800# because I had some questions regarding an item that I needed. The customer service rep. that I spoke with with excellent in helping me find exactly what I needed. She really took the time to find out what I needed. Within 1/2 hour of placing an order, I received an email from your company saying that my order was shipped!! I finally received the replacement parts to my Hookah and the tobacco (peach and double apple). There was a mix up with FedEx and I didn't get it until yesterday. Your site was very informative, your prices are very reasonable, processing and shipping times are very fast, your rewards program is wonderful (free stuff rocks!) And most importantly, your customer service is absolutely top notch A+ excellent. Two instances come to mind: 1. I ordered my first hookah and selected 3 day shipping this would have cost me an extra $60, but you modified my shipping because it was already a guaranteed 3 day service. Most places would just have kept the money 2. There were product that I ordered that were out of stock, I actually received a phone call from a REAL person. We were able to modify my order, and it was sent out that very same day! Any other retailer would just have sent me a email and wouldn't have thought twice about it. They not only are exceptionally helpfully during the purchase which I would hope but they are still exceptionally helpful after the purchase with any problems you might run into.
