I had a friend in the US pick up the pedal for me and bring it back to Turkey. Unfortunately, he was given the older Enzo instead of the Enzo X that I had purchased. To the seller's credit, they accepted the return and agreed to wait for me to ship it back from Turkey, which took about 11 days. However, they were unwilling to reimburse the $40+ return shipping cost, even though the mistake was on their end. As a result, I ended up without the pedal I had been looking forward to, and out of pocket because of an error that wasn't mine. I hope they handle situations like this differently in the future.
