Der Support hat super und schnell funktioniert, auch der Versand war schnell. Jedoch die Zeit in der wir die Box zurück an den Support senden mussten und dafür einen Ersatz erhalten haben hatte sich über 2 Wochen gezogen. Insgesamt also haben wir 3 Wochen auf unsere Box gewartet und konnten die Box nicht auf das Festival nehmen für das sie ursprünglich bestellt worden war.
