Delivery boy not want to come to deliver on the address which is written on the site he told your address is wrong but i was given the postal address with full detail including pin code but he refuse to deliver the parcel

Please provide niece box for watches and exchange or refund policy if someone not like the watch as per expectation

shipping is not bad at all i got it 4 days earlier as compared to shown on the website but the quality of the product is needed to be improved the paint quality is soo bad on the metal strap

The parcel packing was perfect no issues but the box it came or packed in was not to the mark it came with a low quality or not sonata standards watch it felt like cheap box for the quality watch purached which makes us feel like have we purached a low quality or unbranded product . Orselse no issues with product or delivery and all .
