Customer service are kind but slow to respond. Orders are slow to expedite. Not world ending stuff but don’t expect next day service.

Very pleased with my soma pro and soma chill bundle! The ice bath is brilliant and was incredibly easy to set up, and the chiller was also hassle free and relatively quick to set up as well. The 0. 5HP chiller is fantastic; it’s noticeably more powerful than a friend’s similar model, which I believe is comparable to somas 0. 3HP version. It also comes with multiple attachments, making it compatible with most ice baths. The delivery was fast and free, which is always a nice. I highly recommend SOMA!

Replacement filters for SOMA chiller I ordered replacement filters for my Soma chiller, and as expected, the quality is excellent. The filters work perfectly, Soma had great communication and they arrived the next day. I'm really impressed and highly recommend them to anyone interested in cold water therapy!

Great quality for the price! Love our Soma recovery pod ice bath, it arrived the next day and was so easy to set up. The quality is amazing for the price. I have experienced huge health benefits since using the ice bath for the past couple weeks, improved energy, better mood and improved sleep to name a few. The only issue is that I am now really tempted to upgrade to the Pro with the chiller at some point in the future.

Worth every penny, Fantastic tub compared to my tiny one. As I’m tiny don’t need loads of water, felt amazing this morning after not tubbing for 2 weeks after a procedure!! Easy set up, love how sturdy it is and love the solid inflatable lid!! Every menopausal woman should have one!! Highly recommended
