It arrived the redesign is not good.

Bag received as expected, on time, well packaged, great job.

Too long to receive it...had to contact company cause they were sending it out to a wrong place even though my order receipt had my correct address.

The bag is professional looking and has plenty of storage. I especially like that it has sufficient space for bulky items like plugs and cords without distorting the bag. It does not fit under the seat of smaller aircraft, but still better than any other case I have used.

A superb and luxurious cover that provides excellent protection for a mini IPad. Highly recommended.

I believe I have made my review but again I was so taken with the consideration of your company. While this was not an expensive purchase, it was treated as if it were. A mistake in your on-line catalog caused the wrong item to be sent me. My complaint was treated as a really important matter. Within a week, a postage free label was emailed, the piece returned and the proper item sent me. Thank you for your consideration and forethought.

I was given this bag 7 or so years ago and it had held up SO well given my daily use and abuse of it. All but the appearance of the leather had held up wonderfully but it was looking sad after so many years of hard work and being schlepped to construction sites. I really liked the addition of the new durable fabric on the bottom and exterior pocket. I was disappointed that the interior zipper pocket was removed and the 3 divided pockets had been reduced to 2, but it does keep it lighter since I can't put as much crap in it! Will absolutely buy again when I wear this one out.

Bought a new case for a hp 17.3 inch laptop and it barely fits need to fight with it to get it in case. Padding not as good as my case from you for my hp 15.6 inch.

I haven't used my bag yet but I was really impressed with all the pockets on it. I love the bottom pocket for shoes or dirty laundry. I think its going to be the perfect overnight bag or travel bag.

This is the second or third color courier pack I've owned so you can take that as a generally positive review. The partial burgundy lining is an improvement over the all black but the present model lacked the several small pockets that were so useful for storing small items such as batteries, USB drives, pens, etc. Also, the black lining often makes it difficult to find small items--a lighter color would be an improvement.

I love how big the bag is, it’s perfect for business and can be used for travel also. The material is soft.

This is truly a great bag. I love the color and the material. The bag itself is very light and well constructed. This is the second Solo hybrid backpack I own and it has become my favorite. I will say, the material seems like it would snag if it comes into contact with something sharp or abrasive. Unless you are rough with bags, you shouldn’t have a problem. I would buy this bag again! Plenty of pockets and easy access to all of them.
