I have always shopped at Soft Surroundings without any drama except for the one time I tried to return something. Eventually I received a credit for 30 dollars less than the dress cost but after months of drama I was happy to get that and gave up. It's a good thing that I am usually thrilled with the clothing and never send it back. The one time I did was not great.
