It was a pleasant experience, it was rather easy to complete the order.

Service was great! I forgot to apply a promo code while checking out, and wrote and email asking if it could be applied to my order. They reimbursed me for it! The package arrived undamaged, and the setup video was great. I'm very happy with my Softopper.
