All issues were resolved. Replies were fast, clear, and scintillating.

We've been using sodastream for several years. We wanted an option for a no/low carb, fizzy drink without aspartame. Sodastream had the answer! Easy to use and less waste!! Just recently we could no longer get co2 cartridge refills locally, but the website has made it easy.

I returned 3 empty bottles via. uPS. The next week, a charge appeared and my account does not show bottles were returned!?! Please advise…. Doshia Melroy

We really enjoy our Soda Stream! We make different flavors that you can't get anywhere else. They are freshly made as well and you can make the flavors as strong or weak as you want it!

I have had a SodaStream for 6-7 years. Still using the same machine. Never an issue with any order. Ship fast and you make the return easy. Don’t change anything.

Very good system in all aspects

I just have 2 things I dont like: the app doesnt work, have to use the browser & the return cylinders status stays open even when they are returned, last two times I had to follow up by chat or email to confirm you received them and then you close the status. Stress me out you will miss it and charge me. Everything else is great! If you could fix those two issues you get 5 stars

I bought a sodastream machine which came with 2 cylinders. I signed up for the exchange subscription expecting to recieve a return label. I did not. I have attempted to figure out how the subscription works with difficulty. Are the cylinders i recieved with purchase of the machine worthless??

I still haven't received my order!
