I now have 10 pairs of Sockwell compression socks and I love them all! I've had 5 pairs for 6 years now and I just purchased 5 more pairs. They are rather pricey, for socks, in my opinion. I will, however, say that the original 5 pairs I bought 6 years ago are still compressing quite well! They are very good quality and well made socks.

Ordered for wide calf and the socks are incredibly and painfully tight, as well as too long.

Soft, comfy, cute patterns, perfect compression, not too thick, and not too hot. I ordered s/m wide calf for shoe size 7. 5-8, 18” calf, height 5’ 5” and they’re the perfect fit. Will be ordering more!
I made the error of entering the wrong size on one of the pairs of socks. Despite the Christmas rush and the post office Federal Shut-down. Sockwell got it all right. Thanks to the great work of SockWell people!

Socks are 5-star. Really easy instructions for redeeming points is a No-star rating.
I’m happy with my recent purchase, however getting reimbursed through my flexible spending account was a hassle because the company does not provide a receipt with all required information required by law.
Before the product could even reach me, the service and recovery failures of Cayla Powers and Kim Meyers ruined my Sockwell experience. No matter how good production quality might be in this market, having employees or a culture that doesn’t value customer experience will inevitably spoil success.

Shipping was fast and I didn’t have any need to contact customer service
My order was incorrect and one of socks was damaged. I could not get an answer from customer service after repeated calls. I sent an email and received a response after several days. I emailed information about the order as requested. I waited 10-14 days but received no response. I called again and reached a human who sent a replacement which I have not received as of yet. The lack of quality of Sockwell along with your website ordering and not to mention dismal customer service has made this long-time customer decide to spend my money elsewhere. Sorry… you used to have such a great product.
