Processing was ok. But I thought I had finalised the shopping cart but only a few days later realised that the process was not complete. There is a lack of clarity. It was only when I realised that no invoice had been emailed that I realised that the order was not processed.

Hi, I recently purchased three but found in one case the unit did not fit and in two places the terminal size on the back of the unit was a lot smaller than the unit that was to come out and therefore I backed out the change and in the forth location it worked well.

I haven't installed the Sockitz yet as our house is being built, but I found the ordering process incredibly easy, and the customer support was outstanding. As well as offering to delay my shipment for a few days and new improved stock was coming in, the also retroactively gave me a discount for ordering in bulk. If the Sockitz work half as well as the company does, I'll be happy!

Had the sparky install these last week and I am so happy that I now have some room to move in the bedroom and especially the kitchen. Being able to do the little things like charge the iPad while I'm cooking dinner without have to find the charger and unplug the toaster, plug the iPad charger in and then the reverse when I'm done is amazing. Every house should have at least 3 or 4 of these.

The whole process of buying and recieving my new usb wall socket was smooth and fast. The electrician was impressed by the install and I have been using it non-stop since. I'm now recommending them to friends.

Very easy to use, although actually finding the power points wasn't immediately obvious (I was looking for a 'products' button rather than accessing your products through the 'menu' button).

Simple to order. easy process.

Shipping was fast and the outlet was easy to install, but the unit seems to be faulty with the left side outlet always getting power whether the switch is in the on or off. I also found a lot of burred edges on the plastic that I had to trim off or sand to get the unit to finally fit flush against the wall when installed. Great product but I wish the standard of quality was a little higher considering the price you pay.
