The wrong product was sent. Then I call customer service there's nothing they can do to send it out. I even offer to literally buy a new one since I timed the delivery and still nothing. No response no anything after a call and five emails.

My product was delayed and SNS offered 50% off the purchase price to make up for delays. I really could not ask for better service. Thank you for caring about the customers.

ordered what I wanted. They were out of one thing so they called and we figured out a replacement. order came fairly quickly

Everything was great...really fast shipping. The only issue was that a couple of the products (Atkins peanut butter cups) were melted at some point and resolidified. This didn't affect the taste but the texture was off a little. I would def order again.

One of my Glucosamine products was damaged during packaging; the shipping box was fine, but plastic cap was split, the seal broken and liquid had leaked out.
