I placed an order with Snow Fox Skincare to be delivered to Spain, and unfortunately, I still haven’t received it. The first issue arose when the package got stuck at customs and an extra payment was requested. To be fair, Snow Fox kindly covered that unexpected cost, which I highly appreciated. However, the parcel has now been held for over 20 days, and dealing with Correos Aduanas (Spanish customs) has been a nightmare, almost impossible to get any information or updates. This whole situation has been very frustrating, and I would strongly recommend that Snow Fox reconsiders the shipping carrier they use for international deliveries that go through customs. The current "cheapest" option might save money upfront, but it leads to serious customer dissatisfaction down the line. Sadly, I can’t rate the products because I never got to try them.
