Excellent service and product

Bought large red cave bed for whippet. A bit expensive but when we saw the excellent quality in terms of materials, workmanship etc then it is well worth it. I know our whippet is going to love it but she is still a small puppy and not quite ready for it yet. It is so well padded and soft. Thanks.

My dog loves it and his new bed keeps him warm. I took a large one for an Italian greyhound, so he has plenty of room.

We have gone through so many beds with Monty and we have now had this one for over six months and it still looks as good as new. Monty loves it and he loves to snuggle in it all the time

We knew what to expect as our daughter has one for her dog which is why we brought one, but do feel the price is way too high.

Wonderful creation! My miniature Dachshund pup absolutely loves this. Keeps him safe and cosy and ideal for when I’m working from home. Lots of room for him to burrow and stretch out, and play with his toys. Will also be enough room for when he’s fully grown. Well made and the cover is machine washable which is a bonus. I purchased size small in Heather Grey. Would definitely recommend.

Our dog jumped in and was asleep after a good smell. Durable, soft and so far, for the dog, preferred than the sofa.

My 5 year old Basenji loves his snoozer pet cave. He feels safe and warm and looks very snug. This is our third snoozer cave the quality is fantastic. A really well made product.

She was a bit weary at first but after one night of getting used to it she is now able to keep warm when the fire gets low. Really pleased

Bed looks amazing and cosy but unfortunately weeks on and my dog won’t go into the cosy cave. Pretty disappointed as they are very expensive. My dog is 8 kg and bought the large size by following the size chart but it is very big. Never had a problem with any other dog bed and she loves burrowing under my covers during the night. So I’m disappointed to be sitting with a dog cave that doesn’t get used.

Our luxury dog cave was delivered quickly and very well packaged. So looking forward to Christmas to watch our 5year old blue whippet open his present he will love it, not sure who will be more excited him or us. Great product, and especially as it was made in Blighty. Good luck for 2021.

The bed started to lose shape as I took it from the packaging. Within a few days of use it spread and looked more like a paddling pool and very unsightly. The base mattress has no removable washable cover. As my dog had used the bed for a few days I could not send the bed back as your terms make it clear that the bed must be in the same condition as it was when unpacked I had no alternative but to put the bed in the skip. I am a very dissatisfied customer. Henry Bartlett

My whippet loves her new bed. She burrows deep inside it in the night and now we don’t worry about her getting cold.

As snugglers my dogs love these beds and you’ll always find at least one of the in them. They are great especially for the winter nights when the house heating goes off! I bought replacement covers so they can still use them when they need washing. Love, love , love ,them

This is just the perfect bed for our English Pointer, George, as he always like to be covered up. Took a while for hI’m to get to know how to get in to it, but no problem now and he loves it

Our whippets love them! No other bed comes close to a cosy cave. I only wish snoozer made one for humans!

Tess loves her new bed, took her a month to work out how it works but now won't come out of it. Absolutely worth the money!
