Great experience. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and contacted customer service immediately. They responded quickly and changed the size prior to shipping. I received my sneaker in about 2 weeks and was so happy with the purchase. They are amazing! I haven't worn them outside yet but have tried them on and walked around my house in them! They look and feel awesome! I will purchase from this site again!!! Awesome service and awesome sneakers!!!

I just think the time of delivery is too much, I think you should have a system where the customer can track the package

We needed to exchange the 9.5 for 10s but there was no information given for contact. I emailed with response. When finally found a number we called that with no response. We are stuck with a $210 pair of shoes that he can’t wear. Can we still exchange?
