Arrived on time and was easy to order. I tried it for a breakfast and it was pleasant to taste. I have only tried chocolate and strawberry so far and both are good. I find I am not hungry after I have drunk them and experienced no other problems.

The mixed nuts snacks are very good - really pleased as they fill you up, and great when trying to lower your sugar intake. The nuts, fruit and seeds ones are also a good mid morning/mid afternoon snack when hitting that 'slump'. Both pocket sized to take when on a walk or a car/bus/train journey. Will definitely buy again and they arrived promptly and well packed.
