I add them into my daughters foods and into mine as well. I add the euphoric to my morning oatmeal and add the green and berry to my daughter's juice and both our smoothies. The green has also made it's way into my chocolate chip cookies and blueberry muffins, you cant taste it and makes them even more fun!!!

I love starting my day off with orange juice, so adding a spoonful of the fuel blend is a no brainer! It caffeinates my drink and gives me AMAZING energy, focus and excitement to start the day. I really couldn't believe how good this tasted for a non-flavoured greens powder 🙉🙉 It's got spirulina and chlorella and so much more. If you've ever tried spirulina on it's own, you'd understand. Adds a creamy/matcha like flavour to my bowls and gives me a GREAT NATURAL boost of energy and really does wonders for my digestion and skin. Would highly recommend you give this a GO!

This blend is perfect because it has soo many healthy berries. When I first got it, I tried a spoon of it on it's own and it tasted amazing!! This product forever changed my breakfasts. I've never seen such a combination of taste, convenience, and health. I usually blend almond/soy milk with a frozen banana and 2 tea spoons of any of the blends. Fuel blend is my favorite taste wise, but they are all great. I also feel a lot healthier since I've added smoov to my morning routine. Really just an all around great product, highly recommended.
