Tragically, my 5 year-old limited edition bong broke -- we won't get into details. Smoketower was responsive, helpful, and incredibly quick (on delivery). Luckily I found one of the remaining few same limited edition pieces that was destroyed on SmokeTower. It was a perfect replica. I'm so glad. It's like nothing happened. 10/10 would recommend.

This pipe led to my first order which was fulfilled with prompt and polite customer service and fast shipping. I broke my gandalf pipe and this pipe is a great replacement. The price makes it a bargain no matter how you slice it. The bowl is a beautiful shape. The hole in the bowl, where ALL the action is, is far too large as usual! A glass tristar jack screen will solve the problem. The best thing is with the GONG joint on this pipe, you can put on your perfect bowl of choice. My favorite thing to do with this pipe is to put a pinch in the bowl and then take it out into the sun with a magnifying lens, focusing the sun into the bowl, I am blown away:-)

Awesome service. Ordered on a Sunday night. Had it by that Wednesday at lunch. Great piece. The double perc on the top chamber is a bit redundant it seems. Air flow does not reach the bottom of the two. Still works great, in use minimal water and it seems to get me where I need to go. Thank you smoke tower and flame glass.
