I actually was interested in returning the knife. For weeks and weeks no one answered the phone at any extension or department. So, I could not get an RMA. Now the 30 days have past and it is too late. But emails for the order confirmation were great. Billing and payment was great. And the shipping time was great. Packaging was great too. All good except for the telephone and return problem.
