This is a wonderful tea. I brewed 2 teabags for 16 oz of yummy. I think 8 oz would be enough flavor, drinking 16 oz was too much. The flavor is wonderful, but you don't need a lot to enjoy. I'm also a huge fan of milky oolong. Another buy it again tea from Smith Teamakers
