Like the whitener gel and pens. I wish the mouth pieces came with a container! I can’t speak to the charcoal as a toothpaste as it is so controversial. I won’t use it. That said, I am very pleased with the efficacy of the product and how it’s safe for sensitive teeth. I have cavities and there’s no pain (I don’t recommend this). I’m hesitant to think that the light does much, as it’s not that strong. But, I use it half the time anyway!

The website is easy to go through, and you even get a great deal during checkout on some items you may have placed in your cart! You have a lot to choose from with their selection, from individual items to replace and refill, or kits if you are gifting or purchasing for the first time.

The packaging was nice. The website has various varieties of items to choose from, which is a plus. The only thing I have an issue with thus far are the trays. I improperly left the tray in the water too long destroying it, so I can’t use them. It would be nice if the company provided free replaceable trays, as they are expensive to replace. Also, there should be at least two sets of trays that come in the teeth whitening kit, just in case you need to re-mold your teeth.

I swear by the product, it works, it’s convenient, and does not create sensitivity! The shipping was standard, but never received an update to track my package , just showed up to my house. Beyond that the service is always good!

Love it! I started to notice in pictures my teeth looked yellow so I tried this. It didn’t seem to do anything the first time but then the second time it really started to help. I only use it about once or twice every three months and it keeps them looking good. I’ve had a lot of people ask me how I keep my teeth so white. Would recommend it to anyone who can afford it!!!! :)
