The return policy only benefits the company, and not the consumer. It’s disgraceful how I wasted over $100 on boots made with egregious disproportion and couldn’t exchange them for even something of lesser value. Waste of my time and money, I’d never recommend this brand to anyone unless purchased through a third party.
