I got a bag of the Gummy worms at my local Walmart. A few of them were looking questionable so I reached out to Smart Sweets to solve it. They responded quickly and we worked together on solving the issue. To make it all better, they sent me 6 new bags of the Gummy Worms for free

Good delivery experience but weight of each bag of candy was not very accurate, some had less and others had more then the stated weight per package.

Not very happy with the last few bags I’ve boughten. They’re already very expensive so I’m not very happy when the worms came out cloudy like under dissolved jello. White and rough not to mention a few worms in the bag were half the size of a normal one. The taste is not the same as the old version.
