Got my poncho with no issues. Gonna buy another for my brother in law.

After I ordered my item, for some reason it never got shipped. I contacted customer service (Emily) and she replied within one day explaining how sorry she was and that she would expedite my order. Love your product! Have many Slowtide towels, blankets and changing ponchos at our home. I use the chamois towel 3x/week after my pool workouts.
