First I got the Serenity 7 but it was way too soft for me and cased pain even though I am slight, after an absolutely horrendous and long winded return process I paid extra to get the Prime 3 Chiropractic. It has caused me worse pain. 5he beds look very professionally made in NZ. I have yet to find a bed that suits me. The customer service was programmed, uncompassionate and condensing.

Our mattress has a major fault which we have reported to Farmers Botany where the mattress was bought. We sent them proof of purchase plus photos of the large lump which has formed in one section. After six days with no response, we followed up the email and found it had not been passed on to the person I had marked as "Attention to". Our complaint was then passed on to Sleepyhead who have requested further photos: of the entire mattress, the faulty section, the barcode tag label, Proof of Purchase and the base without the mattress on it. I am now going to send these photos to Sleepyhead together with our Claim Number, and hope that we will eventually get a satisfactory outcome. We are very disappointed that so much is expected of us to date - the requirements of "Customer Service" seem to be all placed on us so far. I will not add photos as these have already been sent to Farmers Botany and Sleepyhead.

Jess at Beds R us in Silverdale was fantastic. I knew nothing about beds and wanted a new bed as I have arthritis in by lower back and am always sore when I get out of bed. She was extremely professional and I had full confidence she had sold me the best bed suited for my needs. Thank you Jess. I look forward to going to bed every night now.

This is bed is like sleeping on a cloud of cotton wool. No partner disterbance either. I mow waking up with minimal to no back pain. Higly recommend tbis bed. Awesome help from Morrie at Albany Beds R Us too.

We purchased a sanctuary bed 5 years ago and loved it so much that we wanted another in our spare room hence this purchase

We had our first night on our new Serenity bed last night and had a wonderful long, uninterrupted sleep. We chose this mattress to go on our adjustable bed on the advice of the local Beds R Us owner. It is soft and oh so comfortable although still firm feeling. I am a very light sleeper but I was not disturbed at all by my husband's movement. So far we're very pleased with our purchase.

Had problems with my shoulders and back, since i bought my sleepyhead bed it has all disappeared. I spend a lot of money on corporator to help but to no success, until we purchased the new bed, amazing product,worth the wait and it is locally made # supportNZbusiness. Also easy to get out of the bed due to the height. It even has a warranty even if you didn't buy the base, but there are some requirements, just make sure. Best product, money well spent

My Serenity mattress for an adjustable base is really good but the process in getting it was abysmal. i emailed Bed'R'Us enquiring specifically for a mattress for adjustable base. All good, made purchase. When it arrived in store it was not able to be used on my base. Back to factory. i was informed 2 weeks later mattress had arrived, it was delivered but was not for an adjustable base. Another two weeks and finally I got what I had ordered. not your fault but please let your Silverdale retailer know of their poor service.

This is a very comfortable bed , I feel it was very good value for the money spent. I find that I sleep very soundly on it and wake up more refreshed than I did on my previous bed . The Beds R Us Pukekohe stockist where I purchased it were very helpful in helping me to select this bed and arranged for it to be delivered. Very happy with my purchase so much so that I am considering upgrading the other bedroom now!

Hello, I’m so disappointed ☹️ in my bed after waiting delivery & two confusing delivery dates. Headboard first, followed 2 weeks later by double mattress & double base. It is soft and lumpy not at all what I emphasised to sales person at Farmers St Luke’s. Long -short when I queried about bed delivery dates he Stephen, said it was his colleague that sold me the bed. Only Two people work in that area of Manchester Bedding.... I sold my other bed. I have searched online for months . In the warranty it states give it a month I think after 48hrs one would know if the expensive bed one has purchased would be beneficial. Unfortunately it is not. Bed arrived yesterday - so slept in it last night and was very cosy and comfortable and slept very well. I like the fact that I can change the legs to suit my height which is something I will need t do tomorrow. Delivery and and sales people all very pleasant to deal with so very happy thank you.

Very good for the price - in fact probably better than some others for that price. Not very thick, but doesn't worry me if you like a medium to hard mattress. Very handy that it fits in a car so I didn't have to wait for delivery.

We purchased a Sleepyhead Queen Swisstek Ultra 5 Mattress and base from Beds R Us in New Plymouth. The salesperson was very helpful making the selection process easy. We are thrilled with the bed and have slept well on it from the very first night.

Comfortable beds for both my cancer stricken hubby and myself.Only problem is the beds are way too high so retailer has ordered the shortest legs 50mm instead of 100mm supplied, retailers should point out to customers that a low profile base is also available,
