I live in a different state than where this store is located. The shipping was fast. The service and communication from the z box store was personal and the mattress I received was top quality. I’ve tried a more well know brand before and it didn’t come close to comparing. I chose to buy the queen size firm mattress. It’s been over 4 months and I’m loving the quality. It’s the only mattress I’ve had that doesn’t cause back pain.
