This is a very good product. As someone who needs extra protein in my diet, it provides that with minimal calories. It was very easy to order and arrived promptly. Having the choice of three flavors is perfect. I have the espresso in the morning for a quick wake up and the dark chocolate is a great treat in the evening. Slate is definitely the best tasting protein drink I have ever had and I’ve tried them all.
