So good!

Skylar has provided excellent customer service in the past. Lately this seems to be slipping. I recently requested an exchange on an item. I was given a link to the returns/exchanges page where I can do this via the website, but it said "this item isn't available for exchange". I contacted CS back to ask why this was, and was told they were going to look into it, but I've never heard back so far. Skylar CS used to be exceptional, but the last couple of times it is noticeably diminished. I think I may soon be taking a break as a customer.

I’m not sure what I’m writing a review on. But the shopping experience is good. I like the perfume roller balls I ordered. They are all different scents.

Joy was very helpful in helping to correct incomplete shipping order. I now have a shipping notification and tracking order and awaiting the second half of my shipment. This is my first issue in 3 years with Skyler so I am pleased.

Skylar makes good quality products. I have enjoyed everything I have tried from the brand.

The smell was not what I like. I go for fruity sweet like strawberries.

I wish you still carried meadow. What other perfumes go with meadow I still have some left.

Light, refreshing scents, not heavy or "florally".

Lovely scents. I haven’t received one that I didn’t like. Skylar is the only scents that I use. I highly recommend.

Please make more fruity or gourmand scents and less floral scents

I love this fragrance! It’s floral feminine and perfect for everyday wear

I really like this brand! I have sensitive skin, so it is nice to have perfumes that don’t cause an allergic reaction. Customer service is always prompt and polite. The scent club is a fun way to try out different scents. My favorite perfumes are Pink Canyon, Peach Fields, and Coconut Cove. I would love it if there would be a vanilla amber type fragrance in the future. Probably the one downside to shopping directly with Skylar is that shipping is slow compared to other retailers.

Initially my package was 2 weeks late and I was super bummed out because I was so excited to try the product! However, Skylar Clean gave me amazing service and sent me the product back instantly and I absolutely fell in love with the smell. It’s nostalgic and sweet all at the same time. Although the perfume selection was amazing, I prefer the boardwalk delight!

I love this months fragrance and I love that your sending out a new fragrance each month that I can be assured is non toxic fresh and clean

I wish older fragrences were still available and that they lasted a bit longer. But, I have been buying Skylar perfumes for awhile now, and really do love all the different scents. Some not so much, but overall, they are great!
